Required Placement Scores for Dual Credit Courses
Many dual credit courses require students to meet placement criteria, such as a qualifying GPA, placement test score, or completion of a prerequisite course. The High School Partnerships Office collaborates with partner high schools to ensure students meet prerequisites or have the opportunity to do so, such as by taking a placement test. Dual credit students must meet course prerequisites in order to enroll in coursework.
Requisites listed as 鈥淓ligible for ENG 99, ENG 101, MATH 107, etc.鈥� refer to SWIC鈥檚 placement criteria and do not indicate that the course must be completed at SWIC or at the high school.
